“WINTER CHARM” ART SHOW – CALL TO ALL ARTISTS

The City of Marquette and Lake Superior Art Association is accepting entries for February’s Winter Charm exhibit. Artwork that embodies the spirit of our wintery climate will be accepted. This is a non-juried exhibition open to the public, all media is welcomed.

The exhibition will be held at the Peter White Public Library (PWPL) in the Huron Mountain Club Gallery located at 217 N. Front Street, from January 30 through February 28. There will be a reception on Thursday, February 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. Artists and the public are welcome to attend.

Entry forms and guidelines for the show can be picked up at the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center. Participants must be over the age of 18 and may only submit one piece of art that is ready to be hung on the library’s hanging system. Entry form attached should be submitted to the Arts and Culture Center by Thursday, January 25 before 5 p.m. Artists will pick up their work in the Huron Mountain Club Gallery on Saturday, February 28 between 1 and 5 p.m.

Winter Charm is an annual art exhibition made possible by Lake Superior Art Association, the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center and the Peter White Public Library.
